**Your new company**
My client is a leading multi-national professional services firm, they are growing in New Zealand and are seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join them on a part time basis.

**Your new role**
Joining a successful Australian Talent Acquisition team as part of the wide People & Culture team, this a new to New Zealand role taking ownership of recruitment locally. With a large, well known project newly underway, this role will work closely with stakeholders to attract top talent and support the teams growth. This role will manage end to end recruitment with key responsibilities including:

- Working closely with Stakeholders and the HRBP's to plan future recruit and build pipelines
- Actively source and headhunt using multiple channels effectively
- Provide support and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

**What you'll need to succeed**
You'll bring proven Recruitment experience, ideally within engineering or construction however not essential for the right person with a background focusing on proactive sourcing and building talent pipelines in New Zealand.

You'll bring energy, passion for your work and the ability to think creatively with a solutions based approach
