**Our Opportunity**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Analyse current workflows, processes, and outcomes to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
- Develop improvement plans: Design and implement strategies aimed at streamlining operations, reducing costs, and improving quality
- Consider all possible solutions (i.e. robotics, process changes, tech platform enhancements, training opportunity)
- Complete Canvas or Lean Canvas alongside the BAU Teams
- Play an enablement role, coaching BAU teams how to adopt and implement a continuous improvement mindset
- Provide assistance and enrich the wider Continuous Improvement Practices skills and competency with on-going knowledge sharing

**We are looking for**:

- Certification in a continuous improvement framework like Six Sigma, Lean methodologies is advantageous
- Experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or quality management is advantageous
- Experience in leading and implementing successful continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong understanding of process mapping, root cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
