This is a dynamic job which includes
- Lead and Coordinating the team of Blaster Painters, along with equipment allocation
- Conducting daily briefings to review activities and allocate tasks etc
- Ensuring the personnel comply with all site safety and internal safety requirements

We are looking for an experienced Coatings Supervisor in Auckland

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, especially in Construction environment.
- Carry out tasks in accordance with company safe work practices and the correctly use and maintain personal protective equipment (P.P.E.).
- Ensure injuries and incidents are and accurately reported and recorded
- To use and record QA records using software.
- Ability to read paint specifications and maintain blasting/ spray painting equipment.
- Problem solving and coordination skills - ‘hands on’ approach to problem solving and can-do attitude to achieving the best outcome for the customer
- Ability to source material/equipment hire with support of operations manager
