Maestro Group is looking for a passionate and energetic Duty Manager to put an outstanding personality to good use

You will work alongside a team of young professionals from Kitchen, FOH and Bakery. Most of the team has 6+ years experience in the industry so looking for someone who know what they're doing and can bring good inputs

**Your role duties will include**:

- open and close the café;
- Lead a team of 5-8 by example;
- train new staff;
- update the menu daily on the website/app (when available);
- overlook cabinet food presentation;
- help planning menus and specials;
- organise events and promotions;
- ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service;
- stock ordering and control;
- cash management and reconciliation;
- help promote business through social media platforms and other channels;
- ensure that health, safety and hygiene standards and requirements are met at all times;
- maintain cleanliness of the outlet and general upkeep duties.

As Duty Manager you will promote a positive work environment for the employees and will demonstrate positive leadership which inspire Team Members to meet and exceed standards.

**Must Haves**:

- Right to work in New Zealand;
- Tidy and presentable
- 3+ Years experience in FOH (in a busy/fast-paced establishment);
- Lev.5 Hospitality diploma or relevant experience in a similar role;
- Proficient written and spoken English;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
