Financial Analyst

**The Company**

My client is a privately held NZ business which continues to grow and take market share. The business is operational in nature and has circa 90million turnover and 120 staff, many who have been with the business for a long tenure which speaks volumes of how people feel working here.

**The Role**

As the Financial Analyst you will work closely with the wider finance team of 10 and report into the Group Financial Controller. You will be comfortable working across multiple systems as well as large sets of data in a complex environment.

Your duties will include:
**Duties**
- Understanding large sets of data for weekly and monthly billing cycles
- Analysing datasets across multiple entities within the business and building customised reports
- Weekly and daily reporting for commercial customers
- Reconciliations and on-charges for sub-contractors
- Support documentation procedures
- Ad-hoc reporting

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong on excel with the ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets
- Strong analysis skills, ideally having worked in a larger business and understanding drivers
- Ability to work accurately and manage large volumes of data
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
