**Your day-to-day**:
As the Product Manager for Retail Systems at Lotto NZ, no two days are the same

You'll be at the heart of our retail and customer services operations, driving innovation and excellence. Your day might start with a morning huddle, aligning with cross-functional teams and suppliers, setting priorities, managing a backlog and tackling any roadblocks.

You'll engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather insights, updates, and ensure everyone is on the same page.

Shaping the future of our retail systems, you'll craft and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You'll dive into the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our platforms cutting-edge and fit for purpose. Creating compelling business cases, user stories and iterated delivery plans, you'll ensure enhancements are prioritized and aligned with business goals.

**A bit about you**:
You'll be a dynamic Product Manager with a passion for retail systems and a knack for driving continuous improvement.

With extensive experience in agile methodology, CRM systems, contact centre platforms, and SAP, you'll excel in fast-paced environments and stakeholder management.

You’ll have strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. You'll also have a proven track record in creating and maintaining product visions, strategies, and roadmaps, and you'll be adept at implementing new technologies and simplification opportunities.
