The opportunity:
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing overflow claims and the successful co-ordination of our customers' return to work.- Focusing on delivering exceptional customer experience in line with the philosophy of looking to pay all legitimate claims.- Managing the assessment of a complex high-value claims portfolio.- Liaising with appropriate medical providers, financial providers and external parties (e.g. ACC or insurance companies) to obtain relevant claim information.- Undertaking regular client visits around New Zealand to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers.- Ensuring our customers receive clear and concise information to assist them through the claims process, in a timely manner.- Confidence talking to specialists and providers to plan our customers' rehabilitation.- Undertaking a multidisciplinary holistic approach to case management.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- 5 years+ claims' experience.- Insurance, financial services or health industry experience (preferred).- Clean full NZ Driver License.-
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
