**About the role**

To make it easier for our donors, we travel and set up mobile collection venues in various locations around Auckland and Northland regions.

This role oversees the setup and/or takedown of these mobile collections venues, particularly focussing on transport to/from venue, co-ordinating the load and unload of all equipment whilst overseeing a team of 2-3 sorter/loaders.

**About you**

Excellent customer service skills are key to being successful in this role to ensure effective communication with temporary sorting/loading staff, collection team coordinators and donors themselves.

So if you have those great customer service skills required, the flexibility to work varied shifts (including staying overnight out of Auckland occasionally), and are looking for a role where you feel like you are playing an integral part in doing something great for our community, then you could just be the person we are looking for.
