- Starting pay of **$25/hour + 8% holiday pay (equivalent to $27/hour)**.

**About the Role**:
As a Trainee Team Leader, you'll be trained to manage and support a small cleaning team while maintaining our high standards of service. This is a great pathway role for those with cleaning experience and leadership potential.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 1 year of experience in hotel or high-quality residential cleaning.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing spotless results.
- Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 15 kg.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Valid NZ driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Available weekdays 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, with occasional evening flexibility.
- Able to pass a background check and provide references.

**Location**:
Based in West or Central Auckland. Applicants must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
