**He angitūtanga: The opportunity**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Diagnose, assess, and complete building maintenance to a consistently high standard.
- Carry out general repairs, including seating, lighting, and minor painting.
- Support venue upkeep with tasks such as water blasting, cleaning, and safety checks.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with the wider Property Services team to maintain Auckland Unlimited’s venues.

From a technical perspective, a building trade qualification or equivalent experience within the building sector is highly valued. A current, clean New Zealand driver’s licence is essential, as the role involves working across various locations, while holding a Site Safe Passport will be considered a strong advantage. This is a**fulltime 40 hours per week role working across Monday to Friday, with the occasional requirement to work after hours /weekends as required so flexibility is key.
