The hours and days for this **Assistant Longlife Manager **position are **Tuesday to Saturday 0700-1630
At Countdown no two days are the same but in this role assisting the Department Manager, you could expect to be:
*** **Training and developing team members in your Department**

*** **Sales planning, rostering, ordering of stock and maintaining merchandise standards**

*** **Championing Occupational Health and Safety and Food Safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for customers, staff and contractors**

*** **Implementing promotion planning with great detail and in a timely manner
In our next Assistant Longlife Manager we are looking for:
*** **Previous people leadership experience in a retail environment**

*** **A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills**

*** **Previous experience with ordering, stocktake and rostering systems**

*** **The ability to obtain a forklift licence
