Our forward workload is significant. We need Project Engineers to join our Wellington team, with the flexibility to travel to work in Nelson, Tasman, Marlborough, Canterbury, West Coast, Otago, Southland, and wherever else we win great projects in NZ.

Working for BPC you’ll be involved in a range of civil construction projects that are technically or logístically challenging. You won’t be bored.

We’re looking for people with a civil engineering qualification and at least four years post grad site or project-based experience in the civil construction sector.

Ideally you’ll have good knowledge of one area of civil construction and may be familiar with others, such as reinforced concrete works, three waters pipelines, excavation, temporary works, piling and ground improvement techniques.

Your effective interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to proactively supervise and monitor staff to ensure that work is delivered on programme and within spec and budget. You will have good planning skills and be able to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions to effectively deal with a range of site based challenges. You will share our commitment to always delivering the highest standards of Health & Safety and environmental and quality management.
