If you love variety and want to be hands-on, this role has it all, from managing drainage and water systems to working closely with contractors to keep everything flowing smoothly. **What You'll Do**: - Manage and inspect drainage (sewer and stormwater) and water networks. - Identify and address network issues, ensuring repairs align with Council policies and bylaws. - Liaise with and supervise contractors for network maintenance and repairs. - Assist in enforcing water policies and implementing conservation and leak detection programs. **About You** - You are a talented team player with a National Certificate in Water Reticulation (level 5) or similar relevant industry qualification or up to 3 years' experience in wastewater and water reticulation and/or household plumbing and drainage. You will have a sound working knowledge in reticulation and industry practices and proven experience in operation and maintenance of water and drainage reticulation systems. In addition, you will have a keen interest in te Mana o te Wai, caring and conserving water as well as minimising wastage, great administrative skills and knowledge of materials and products associated with wastewater and water reticulation networks. Proven experience in the construction and maintenance of water supply and wastewater reticulation networks and components. A clean full valid NZ driver's licence is also required. **How to apply
