**Minimum Requirements**:

- A civil engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- Proactive, enthusiastic, creative and open to learning

- Heavy emphasis on achievement and details - getting things done efficiently, effectively and to the highest quality standards
- The ability to take a flexible approach and to adapt to change quickly

- Have NZ residency

**Preferred Skills**:

- Road & traffic design Reticulation modelling and design
- On-site wastewater design (TP58 or NZS1547)
- Subdivision feasibility reports and design
- Familiar with construction contracts Construction monitoring
- Familiar with GIS (QGIS or ESRI)
