**About the job**:
We’re looking for a Labourer to join our Stormwater & Waterways Team in Christchurch, looking after vegetation
As a Waterways Labourer you will be responsible for performing a variety of manual labouring tasks related to the maintenance and operation of the stormwater basins, waterways and rivers. This requires you to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
**What you’ll need**:
**We’re looking for someone who is**:

- Physically fit and enjoys being outdoors and active
- Health and safety focused
- Comfortable working both in a team and independently
- Skilled in operating or desire to learn to operate various plant and equipment
- Holding a full class 1 driver’s licence
- Experienced (6+ months) as a trainee or water labourer
