To lead a team of people to manage and deliver works safely, positively, effectively and efficiently. To provide technical support, scoping and planning assistance as required.
- You will need to demonstrate the following:
- Maintenance supervision experience with great attitude and work ethics
- Minimum 5 years’ of work experience in the Transmission lines industry
- Relevant trade qualification and Current practising licence would be preferred
- Experience working on Transpower Assets and hold the required qualifications
- The ability to drive, mentor and lead your team to success
- Proven leadership in Health & Safety would be preferred
- Good written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of relevant Codes of Practice, Policies, Standards, Work Procedures, Legislative requirements and the relevant parts of the Safe Manual - Electricity Industry and Current Work Place Competency
