Team Leader

We are currently seeking a team leader to join our dynamic horticulture company. These full-time permanent positions involve overseeing a team of 8 to 10 staff members who are engaged in our contracted orchards.
Responsibilities for these positions include various management tasks such as preparing time and wage records for staff, generating work reports, liaising with farmers and growers, assisting with financial transactions, collaborating with supervisors and higher-level managers to ensure efficient orchard operations, and overseeing staff management and training. The Team Leaders will assume sole responsibility for managing their respective teams and ensuring high-quality work standards.

We offer an hourly rate ranging from $29.66 to $35 for these positions, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week.
