This is a new role that sits within the Climate Group, reporting to the Manager Delivery and Operations. The main purpose of this team is to drive excellence in execution, and to ensure our ways of working are efficient, maximising people's time to focus on value adding work.
The role will be varied and fast paced and requires someone to identify process improvement opportunities, collaborate with key stakeholders to develop human centred solutions and sympathetically manage the changes to the way we work. You will also support our group-wide planning, performance and reporting requirements and Ministerial servicing.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Develop and deliver a work plan to improve the “ways of working” across the Climate business group to drive operational efficiency and alleviate pain points around how we work.
- Coordinate and contribute to the group wide planning, performance, and reporting requirements.
- Contribute to ministerial services, including responses to correspondence, information requests and parliamentary questions, in collaboration with other Climate teams and Ministerial Services Team.

You will need to build strong internal relationships and partnerships, working across the Climate group and the Ministry, to identify pain points, understand user needs, and develop and implement new ways of working that will delight our internal 'customers'.

Whānuitanga Utu ā-Tau | Salary range
Salary range for this role is $105,802 to $128,424 pa. Appointment within this range will be based on skills and experience.
