In this dynamic role, you will be proficient at navigating multiple systems and ensuring data integrity during the transition from spreadsheets to more sophisticated systems. You will oversee the full life cycle of an employee, from onboarding—complete with meeting coordination—to comprehensive training. The role includes providing essential pre-employment administrative support, document scanning, and accurate data entry into the system. Working in tandem with HR Advisors, this is a fast-paced role. Additionally, you will contribute to projects focused on diversity and inclusion, with an emphasis on Māori cultural integration, including the Treaty and the Te Reo language.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Drafting employment agreements, amendments, and official correspondence
- Administering records for new hires and current employee
- Overseeing employee immigration and visa procedures
- Generating reports for HR-related metrics as needed
- Responding to HR-related queries
- Upkeeping HR policies and procedural manuals
- Contributing to a variety of HR projects
- Coordinating orientation programs, training workshops, and performance evaluations
**In addition to the above you will have**:
- Previous experience in an HR role
- Personable, hard-working and flexible attitude
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferably Experience working in a similar role
- Confident in dealing with people
- Highly organised
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment

- Strong MS office skills
