ABOUT THE ROLE
CA ANZ’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy aims to support and mobilise members, employer organisations and our broader community to foster a profession that truly embraces and recognises the unique strength of diverse individuals. It is built upon three pillars: ‘Inclusive Culture’, ‘Inclusive Careers’ and ‘Inclusive Leadership’.

The Manager, Inclusive Culture will drive and deliver integrated initiatives for this strategy. You will work collaboratively to endure the full DEI lens is applied to activities, projects, and outcomes.

This role based in any of our NZ offices, will focus on driving a sense of belonging, safety, and respect in the accounting profession.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders to help increase diverse representations and participation
- Build and support ally communities and meaningful member engagement activities
- Deliver the CA ANZ Māori Strategy to widen Māori and Pacifica engagement and participation in the profession.
- Develop DEI training, resources, and content
- Expand inclusive education or learning pathways with CA ANZ
- Use data analytics to gain insights, measure, evaluate, and report on DEI initiatives

ABOUT YOU
You are experienced in DEI, community or stakeholder engagement and have an innovative and resilient mindset. You are a self-starter who is driven by passion and achieving outcomes with a strong sense of social justice. You are self-motivated and driven with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You are experienced in designing and implementing programs, enabled by good problem solving, analytics, reporting and improvement. To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate:

- Proven program implementation experience
- A background, education or lived experience working with diverse and/or unrepresented groups
- Experience in developing and implementing best practice DEI and/or engagement strategies and programs
- Drive to achieve meaningful outcomes and goals in a dynamic environment
- Resilience, initiative, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done
- An understanding of First Nations customs, culture, language, peoples, and business practices would be highly advantageous
