We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Regional Contracts Assistant to join our Auckland Regional Office in Ellerslie.

In this **Secondment / Fixed-term, full-time roles ending 30 June 2027**, you'll be a key player in a dynamic team, supporting Community Coaching Contracts and contract management through reporting, monitoring, data analysis and drafting contract documents.

As part of our Regional Contracts team, you'll take on a variety of tasks that support the operation of our contracts team.

Your role will be central to ensuring accurate information and strong relationships are maintained with both internal and external stakeholders.

We're looking for someone who is:

- Organised and proactive - you take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy - confident with Excel, Word, and general computer systems.
- Detail-focused - you have a sharp eye for accuracy and can manage multiple priorities with ease.
- A great communicator - you build strong relationships and enjoy working collaboratively.
- Experienced - ideally, you've worked in contract or project administration before.
- Analytical - you're comfortable working with data, creating reports, and using databases.
- Eager to learn - knowledge of the Ministry of Social Development contracting systems is a bonus, however full training is provided.
