**About the opportunity**

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch and Inwards Goods Assistant based in Pukekohe.

Your hours will be Monday to Friday, 6.00am - 2.30pm and one rostered Sunday per month but you may need to be flexible and available to work extra hours as required.

Your main duties will be assisting in the receipt and dispatch of fresh produce to meet customer and packhouse requirements, providing excellent customer service, accurate record keeping and documentation and ensuring effective use of space and stock rotation.

**About you**

We are looking for a top performer with the following skills and attributes:

- Dispatch experience
- Excellent data entry skills
- Intermediate computer skills with SAP experience preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellent customer service, telephone and reception skills
- The ability to accurately and quickly complete documentation
- A high level of attention to detail
- Full NZ Driver licence
- Current OSH certified Fork-lift licence (preferred)
- Customer focused attitude, with a strong delivery, urgency and service focus
- Health and Safety awareness and the ability to follow process and procedures
- You will need to be reasonably fit as you will be on your feet for most of your shift and lifting up to 25 kgs.
