Event Co-ordinator

**About the role**:
- Plan and execute the logistics for large and complex conference and industry awards events
- Partner with Events Producer and Sponsorship Sales Manager to coordinate speaker travel and accommodation, sponsor deliverables and delegate registration
- Sourcing of all event venues
- Track and report on all event metrics including satisfaction surveys, post-event follow up, delegate sales figures, event costs and P&L
- Manage the event process end-to-end, including managing a range of third-party vendors
- Overseeing all communication with delegates, sponsors and event partners
- Speaker management, including speaker bookings, flights and accommodation bookings, airport transfers, speaker gifts, speaker liaison, onsite speaker management
- Onsite attendance at conferences and events, managing registration process for delegates, all event logistics, catering and general venue management
- Sourcing and liaising with vendors, exhibitors and suppliers; negotiating with vendors and suppliers to achieve the most favourable terms
- Maintaining event databases
