New opportunity for an Auckland-based financial adviser to shift into a role that focuses on risk insurance and financial planning for clients. 5+ years of industry experience.

**About the role**:
The primary focus of this role will be assisting clients with their risk insurance needs, along with providing advice on investments (kiwisaver), and business insurance. You will be responsible for the onboarding of new clients, with a focus on those who require KiwiSaver and risk insurance services.

Responsibilities of the role:

- Retention and growth of new and existing client relationships.
- Remain up to date on the latest insurance and financial news and events to provide accurate advice.
- Networking at professional events while representing the business.
- Conduct reviews through assessment of a client’s needs to ensure appropriate product selection.
- Possess and maintain a comprehensive understanding of risk insurance and KiwiSaver products and services.

**About you**:

- 5+ years in a risk insurance-based role with KiwiSaver experience essential.
- NZCFS Level 5 V2 - Life, Health and Investments strands required.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and making successful sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
