**The Role**:

- Become an accredited Financial Adviser that specialises in providing personal insurance advice for clients across New Zealand.

- Make use of existing networks, Leads provided by the business and build new connections to identify new leads, with the aim of providing them with financial advice that is appropriate to their needs.
- Meet with clients (virtually/face to face) to perform fact finds and establish their needs. Then use this information to develop and implement insurance solutions.
- Manage clients in line with all policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Proactively engage with learning from other more experienced colleagues and complete qualifications in required timeframes, including studies, learning groups, and assessments for the continuing professional development requirements.
