We are seeking an inspirational Clinical Team Leader with strong alcohol and other substance addiction clinical background to manage our Alcohol and Other Drugs Team within the Mental Health & Addiction Services

**About the Team/Service/ Location**

You will be primarily accountable for the management of our counselling, allied health, nursing and administration team and ensuring safe clinical care practice standards and the best care outcomes.

**About you**
- Health practitioner with current APCs and scope of practice to enable working in mental health and addiction services (AOD Counsellor, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse, Social Worker);
- 5+ years’ experience in community based mental health &/or addiction services with excellent addiction specialty knowledge and impeccable practice standards;
- Demonstrate a motivational leadership style and be able to build a cohesive team and facilitate service development;
- Ability to work under pressure, be a good team player, demonstrate leadership skills and positively contribute to service delivery;
- Adept at developing strong working relationships both within specialist Mental Health & Addiction Services as well as NGO and primary stakeholders;
- Excellent interpersonal skills is a must as well as a commitment to continuous learning, is innovative and whai ora/whanau focused.
