SkyCity currently have 2 hotels across our precinct - 4.5 star SkyCity Hotel and 5 star SkyCity Grand Hotel plus Horizon Hotel which is on the way so it's a pretty exciting part of the business. We look after a variety of guests from our local customers to visitors from all over the world As part of the exceptional experience we provide at our hotels, we offer our guests an extensive In Room Dining menu. Our In Room Dining team also provide catering for in-house SkyCity events and meetings too.
**A bit about the role**:
Working alongside the In Room Dining Manager, you'll be responsible for the supervision and training of staff on the floor, developing and motivating a team of passionate and highly skilled individuals as well as ensuring that our guests experience the highest level of service.
**A bit about you**:
To be successful in this role, ideally, you'll have approximately 3 years supervisory experience within Food & Beverage and hold a General Managers licence.
You'll also likely be someone with an outgoing, friendly and welcoming nature who has a positive attitude to help make our guests feel at home. This is a fast paced role so you must be quick on your feet and able to juggle many tasks at once. Strong communication skills and problem skills are a must as well as the flexibility to work a range of shifts including nights and weekends.
