Either a certificate in cookery qualification (overseas qualification or certificate is acceptable) or 3 years kitchen working experience.
- Adaptable to change and able to multitask.

- Must be able to work on weekends and work overtime
- Must be flexible to meet the early morning and late night shifts.
- Long-term and full commitments are required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting up and organise the kitchen
- Preparing and cooking our full range of food
- Planning and regularly updating the menu
- Estimating the cost, ordering supplies and keeping reasonable stock
- Management of food quality and reporting any issues to the director/manager
- Being compliance with all relevant health and safety and hygiene laws and policies
- Training and supervising the junior staff
- Being a good team player and acting respectfully towards all fellow workers
- Ability to work under pressure and fast pace

- Good pay $29.66 to $30.00 per hour.
- Based on 30 hours per week, no more than 40 hours.
