**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating office activities and business operations, such as all vehicle storage, and movements in and out, to secure efficiency and compliance to Auto Pride Cars policies and procedures.
- Prepare and execute marketing initiatives, with focus on digital marketing.
- Assist in coordinating car import activities with other offices like customs, VTNZ, and others
- Deal with suppliers, compliance, finance companies, and keep all records pertaining to them
- Assist in product and inventory management
- Assist in the registration of cars to the new owners.
- Assist in planning & coordinating services, setting up standard of services scheduling priorities.
- Date entry and reporting associated with the job functions. May be asked to prepare reports as may be requested by the owner and/or Manager.
- Comply with current statures, legislation, and government rules and regulations.
- And running other administrative matters where required.

Prerequisites/Minimum Requirements: - Diploma or higher qualification in Business/Management - Atleast 2 years’ experience in the retail industry - Ready to work in a rostered 7-day week operation - Clean Driver’s License - Clean Police Clearance Record

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.20 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
