We have an exciting Team Lead opportunity in our Strategy puni focused on people leadership and allocating workload. **Te whai wāhitanga | The opportunity** A core focus of the Team Lead is to provide people leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of the team while supporting the Manager, Data & Insights with managing workflows and building team capability. - Manage, guide and mentor kaimahi including Advisors & Data Analysts. - ** Programme Planning.**Ensure programmes are delivered on time, and within budget. We are looking someone who is: - Skilled in influencing and positioning teams to influence senior leadership to put evidence at the heart of decision making. - Knowledgeable with contemporary continuous quality improvement methodology. - Forward thinking, agile, and adaptable. Able to anticipate the evolving nature of Māori and non-Māori world views. - Comfortable working in a te ao Māori environment and situations where tikanga is observed.
