We are currently recruiting for a new End User Compute & Hardware Coordinator to join the Foodies team. This role is responsible for execution of the Mobile Device and hardware strategy for the end-user computing function, which includes managing and supporting mobile devices, connections and hardware device coordination for Foodstuffs North Island Support Centres and Distribution Centres. More specifically, the role is responsible for:

- Provide Mobile Devices adds/moves/change services for all Foodstuffs North Island support staff
- Manage existing Mobile devices through a Mobile Device Management (MDM) tool
- Handle billing enquiries for all phone line services
- Manage vendor relationship with our mobile/Fixed line provider
- Plan, coordinate, and run projects within the End User Compute Space

**About you**

With a passion for technology and ambition to support people with technology needs, the suitable applicant for this role will:

- Hands-on experiences in managing devices in Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Knowledge in procurement management and coordination of hardware purchases
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience providing fantastic customer support

Additional skills and experience that would be beneficial (but is not essential) include:

- Experience in managing a team during the absence of EUC lead
- Understanding of Scrum/Agile framework setup
