**Job Description**:
This exciting and dynamic role is a perfect fit for someone who understands the value of exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll be stationed at our in-store service desk, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service possible.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied and engaging, from answering customer inquiries and providing advice, to processing returns, exchanges, refunds, and transfers. You'll also provide support to our Loss Prevention team by assisting with security measures and ensuring the safety of our store. Additionally, you'll help supervise and support the Checkout area as needed, ensuring that all transactions run smoothly and efficiently.

**This is a permanent part time position working the following**:

- Tuesday - 8am-5pm
- Wednesday 5pm-9pm
- Thursday - 5pm-9pm

**Qualifications**:
Your ability to think and act quickly on your feet, excellent communication skills and team player approach will be key to your success.

- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role
- Experience with POS systems
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to undertake heavy lifting, climbing ladders and being on your feet for long periods
