**Jassal & Kohli Trading Limited**, trading as Kebab King, is a vibrant and growing food establishment specialising in mouthwatering Kebab, Wraps, Salad and Chips with a unique twist. We are looking for a skilled and passionate people to join our dynamic team, who will be responsible for the below-mentioned duties:

- Controlling and managing the daily operations of the Kebab store to meet the financial goals of the business.
- Ensuring that excellent service is delivered by the staff members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner to increase customer contentment.
- Maximizing sales through promotion and advertising strategies.
- Managing the resources and financial transactions of the business, and accordingly informing the management.
- Ensure that all staff complies with food and safety protocols.
- Managing, selecting and training the staff members.
- Ordering/ re-ordering of stock as per the need. Order stock through existing and/or source new suppliers
- Direct staff to ensure store is maintained at all times, including appropriate staff uniforms and customer service by all staff.
- Maintaining high-quality food preparation standards.
- Managing the store to sell the Kebabs to customers and advising customers of any deals or offers in the store.
- Motivating staff members and offering incentives when possible
- Undertaking the budgeting of the business/store.
- Managing deliveries of the store, and ensuring that the orders are prepared within the suggested timeframe.
- If required, take orders from the customers and solve their issues (in case required).

**Work Hours and Benefits**
- Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week and Paid between $30 to $35 per hour.

**Other requirements**:

- A minimum of 12 months of relevant work experience or relevant qualification Level 4 or above is mandatory.
- Available to work on weekends and late evenings
- Team worker with Good interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills
- Self-motivated and a passionate individual
- Available to work on extended hours, and be calm and patient while responding to the staff members and the customers.
- Should be available to cover the shift of any other staff member if required (in case the other person is sick).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
