We are looking for an experienced Commercial Analyst to provide actionable insights that support our Commercial and Sales teams to optimise business performance and achieve ZURU’s overarching sales and profitability targets.

**How You'll Make An Impact**:

- Lead the development and implementation of ZURU’s global quotation tool.
- Lead all reporting and insights served from the quotation tool, including quote status, quote conversion rates, pricing and how these ranges and prices impact profitability.
- Ensure the quotation tool is optimized and all relevant inputs are kept live by respective teams.
- Prepare monthly analysis on impacts in margin breaking these down into relevant buckets ie price, COGS and product/ customer mix.
- Prepare ongoing analysis of competitor pricing and market trends to support new product development and country managers with their in-market pricing strategies.
- Identify market/customer range gaps, work with Commercial and Sales teams to follow the status on gaps and support in providing innovative solutions.
- Support the Commercial team with relevant analysis so they can prepare strategies for their respective brand portfolios including case studies.
- Drive the development of best-in-class category reporting utilising NPD data.

**What You'll Bring**:

- 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Deep experience in building and recommending pricing strategies and understanding the impact of these on profitability.
- Ability to multi-task and be able to set priorities, stay focused, and set clear milestones.
- Highly analytical with the ability to navigate a large volume of information and refine it into actionable strategies
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills in particular Excel
- Basic proficiency in business intelligence software including Tableau and BI
