We are currently looking for our new Parts Correspondent to join our team in Palmerston North. This will either be a junior, with a parts apprenticeship on offer OR you maybe an experienced career parts professional. Whatever your level of experience you will be an integral member of the team. We always offer and encourage further/consistent training, development, and support to our team members.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Working in the parts department working alongside our Heavy Diesel Mechanics, Warehouse, Sales and our wonderful customers.
- Providing support and advice to our customers to ensure they receive the right product and service information to meet their requirements.
- Interpret & process incoming purchase orders.
- Coordinate the dispatch of customer orders within an acceptable time frame, ensuring all documentation requirements are met.

**You will be required to have**:

- Experience in a face to face customer service role.
- High levels of accuracy and be detail orientated.
- A proven understanding of the importance of great customer service.

You will be providing the highest level of service to our customers, therefore we will be looking for a solid history of you achieving this in previous roles. Bringing your sense of humour will help, as well as doing your bit as a valued team member.
