NEP New Zealand is currently looking for a **Studio Supervisor & Technical Manager**. This position works within our Engineering team based at our Parnell studio facility, and may also involve work on outside broadcasts around New Zealand as required.

**The Position**

The **Studio Supervisor & Technical Manager **will take a key leadership role for our Studio and OB projects, including close communication and planning with clients and all key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities, but not limited to**:

- Ensuring all studio facilities are maintained, prepped and serviced to deliver client projects in accordance with client project specifications and WHS guidelines.
- Complete thorough pre-project planning and preparation, including required documentation.
- Develop and manage positive client relationships for the continued improvement of service quality.
- When fulfilling Technical Manager duties, being responsible for the efficient organisation and management of the assigned Operation Unit Crew and Equipment, as well as providing Technical Specifications for Field or Studio based projects.

**Required skills and attributes**:

- Extensive and broad experience with television productions.
- Demonstrated team player within the broadcast industry over a minimum of five (5) years.
- Excellent communication skills (written/oral).
- Well organised and pays attention to detail.
- Solution orientated approach to problems.
- Lighting experience.
