**About Us and Job brief**

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Store supervisor to join our team at Departmental Store for a full-time position.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring that customers receive prompt service and quality goods and services
- Responding to customers' inquiries and complaints about goods and services
- Examining returned goods and deciding on appropriate action
- Keeping a record of sales and restocking the store accordingly.
- Reporting business metrics and figures to the Director.
- Taking inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stock
- Ensuring that goods and services are correctly priced and displayed
- Managing and training store staff.
- Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.
- Mediating any confrontations between staff and clients and de-escalating the situation.
- Greet customers with a smile and provide them with answers to their questions.
- Help customers navigate their way through the store and find what they need.

**Requirements**:

- Strong sense of hygiene and cleanliness
- Ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience for customers
- Well-presented and professional.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Being helpful and enthusiastic to provide great customer service to shoppers

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
