Administrator - Seed Laboratory

**The opportunity**:

As one of four in the Seed Laboratory Administration team at AsureQuality, you will deliver highly accurate data recording, process driven administration and customer service support.

This is a full-time permanent position (40 hours per week. During standard office hours, Monday to Friday). Based at our Seed Laboratory in Palmerston North.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Daily numerical checking, proof reading internationally recognised documentation, data entry and administration for the Seed Laboratory
- Help ensure smooth daily administration operations so that we can continue to deliver timely seed testing services for the NZ Seed Industry
- Investigate and fix any errors or discrepancies in documentation or reporting
- Ensure data is input into relevant databases within required timeframes

**Key requirements**:

- Prior administration and customer service experience
- High attention to detail and systematic / methodical thinking is essential
- Experience working in a laboratory environment is advantageous
- Great ability to learn new computer systems and company processes in a quick manner
- Friendly person with a can-do attitude
