Company Description

We are on the hunt for a seasoned Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team to partner within our business, ensuring commercial thinking feeds into our strategic business decisions.

**Job Description**:
Your role centres around partnering with the respective leaders and offering sound commercial advice - which may involve a variety of strategic, operational, people, commercial or financial elements. The advice will be derived from high quality analysis and modelling of problems; to uncover options for solutions and understanding the trade-off between choices. Capital expenditure investment, budgeting, forecasting and ultimately driving value will form key components of your role.

You will bring objectivity and strategic acumen to business issues, whilst also being willing to dive into the detail when required. You understand the value of building relationships, whilst also being an influencer, hence challenging the business to ensure the best quality decisions are made.

**Qualifications**:

- An experienced Finance Business Partner or Commercial Advisor
- Commercially astute and strategic - you have a knack for cutting through complexity to achieve clarity of thought and advice, but are also at ease in dealing with ambiguity
- Comfortable managing a dynamic and varied workload with competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical abilities, coupled with financial modelling skills
- Excellent Communication and Relationship management - this is your forte - building, maintaining, and developing relationships by influencing, educating, challenging, and collaborating with internal stakeholders
