Furthermore, the Integration and Delivery function carries responsibility for various elements of PMO functions, spanning from the PMO Centre of Excellence to the actual delivery function within each region.

- A relevant training qualification or training experience in a Healthcare or IT environment.
- Experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in action.
- Previous experience within the health sector.
- Experience of delivering IT systems training.
- Ability to understand and support organisational requirements to ensure training needs are identified and effectively addressed.
- Experience of using various forms of media to maintain training courses and documentation.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, especially Word, Excel PowerPoint and Teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively, with excellent facilitation and customer service skills.
- High level of planning and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of large information systems and workflows.
- Previous experience working on or being involved in projects.
- Technical understanding of IT systems.
- Experience of working in an agile environment.
