**St.Pierre’s Sushi and Bento Bowl are looking for Trainee Assistant Managers (3IC and 2IC) to join our brand new team in Ruakura, Waikato**

In this role, you will offer excellent customer service and build good rapport with your local community, and will receive 1-on-1 training from our experienced management team.

**You will need to have at least one year of retail or hospitality experience to be considered for this role.**

**The ideal applicant will be**:

- Motivated and passionate about working within a team,

- Flexible to work Full-time during the week, including on weekends,
- Commitment to developing their own long-term career,
- Keen to support customers, their manager, and other team members,
- Physically-fit and capable of lifting some heavy objects (20kg or less).

**The role will include**:

- Providing great second
- mile service to our loyal customers,
- Preparing high-quality and fresh ingredients daily,
- Creating delicious and beautiful meals to serve,
- Maintaining a clean environment, and other relevant store essentials,
- Ordering goods and controlling inventory,
- Training other Team Members to improve their skills,
- Monitoring the sales, costs, and assisting the manager with other related tasks.
