Courier Driver

We require 1 courier Driver.

Must have required license OR the capability to obtain one.

Salary will be from $25-$35 per hour depending on the capability. Minimum working hours will be 32.

Job description will include but will not be limited to;
- Collect and verify delivery instructions
- assisting with loading to ensure goods are arranged for ease of delivery and safely secured to avoid damage
- verifying loading documents
- arranging and performing unloading of goods and obtaining confirmation of deliveries
- reporting vehicle maintenance needs
- Comply with driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
- Maneuver Van into loading or unloading positions
- Report defects, accidents or violations
- Follow Health and safety regulations
- Any other duties that the owner may ask for as per need

Driver's operating skills will be tested

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

- 10 hour shift

- Timaru, Canterbury: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
