**About the Role**

As a **Professional Cleaner**, you will perform a wide range of cleaning duties, ensuring that homes and businesses are **spotless, hygienic, and well-organised**. The role requires physical stamina, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering **exceptional** cleaning services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including **dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces**.
- Clean **kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas** to a high standard.
- Ensure **efficient and effective use of cleaning products**, including **eco-friendly and enzyme-based solutions**.
- Handle delicate surfaces such as **marble, granite, and hardwood flooring** with proper care.
- Maintain and organise cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Adhere to **health and safety regulations**, including correct handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Follow detailed checklists and **client-specific instructions** to ensure 5-star service.
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members.

**Skills & Experience Required**

To be considered for this role, you mus demonstrate:

- At least 1 year of experience with **home cleaning** and handling delicate materials.
- **Strong attention to detail**.
- Be **physically fit**—this role requires lifting, bending, and extended periods of movement. You need to be able to clean a small shower (**70 x 70 cm) shower from the inside** and to stand on a **two-step ladder** to clean high surfaces safely.
- Possess **excellent communication skills**—you must be able to interact with clients **in English.**
- Work efficiently under time constraints while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Have **knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and tools**, including sustainable cleaning methods.
- Be **trustworthy and discreet**, respecting client confidentiality.
- Be **reliable and punctual**, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Have a **valid NZ driver’s licence or** a valid driving permit.
- Be comfortable using **smartphone apps** for scheduling, reporting, and client updates. - Ability to work both **independently and within a team**.
- **Must pass MOJ and drugs test.**
- Ability of varied time frames 5 am - 2 am next day

**Preferred Skills & Qualifications** (Not Mandatory but Advantageous)
- Knowledge of **biodegradable and enzyme-based cleaners**.
