**We are seeking an Accounts Payable/Data Entry team member to join our Finance team based at Wiri.**

**The opportunity**:

- March 2025 start
- Full time Fixed term position
- Parental leave cover till February 2026
- Location
- Aerovista Place, Wiri, South Auckland

**The role**:
**You will be an all-rounder working within our close-knit AP team and performing general accounts payable tasks.**
- Day-to-day accounting tasks, including banking
- Bank and vendor reconciliation
- Timely processing of accounting records
- Answer suppliers' queries
- Monitor supplier payments
- Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of records
- Provide support in general AP duties.

We are looking for someone with 1-2 year of hands-on experience in accounts payable; a relevant tertiary qualification is beneficial.
- Strong computer skills,100% data entry accuracy
- Excellent time management skills
- Focused and self-motivated.
- Reasonably good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Thrive to build strong relationships
- Time management skills which are second to none
- Ability to add improvisations contributing to team efficiency.
- Prior use of SAGE/Beanworks is certainly a bonus
- Experience working with invoices, payment runs, end to end processing is beneficial
