**About you**

Our client is currently in the process of growing its HSW function. Whilst these recruitment projects are underway, they require immediate BAU support from an experienced contractor. In collaboration with the HSW Manager and current advisor, you will provide all round support. There will be a specific focus on incident investigation, reporting and remedial actions. Operating in a highly autonomous fashion, you’ll have strong relationship building skills and be equally comfortable on site or in the office. A personal approach is key to engaging with colleagues and contractors, providing support, technical knowledge and guidance on all health and safety related matters.

**Duties will include**
- Responding to HSW related queries
- Support managers with reporting and incident management
- Carry out investigations
- Assist with injury management and return to work
- Conduct site and office-based audits
- Maintain training requirements
- Support sites in other locations as needed

You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting projects. There are no clipboard warriors in this team - you’ll provide the HS perspective and technical expertise to increase the capability of the workforce so they can own their safety.
