We are currently looking for a Sourcing Partner (Associate - Senior level) to join our Auckland Takapuna office.

- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and hiring managers
- Assist with onboarding and compliance where required

We know that you've got what it takes because you are:

- Highly motivated with 18+ months in recruitment, talent acquisitions or human resources
- Solution focussed, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those your encounter
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and display a high level of professionalism and credibility
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

**Ngā hua ka whiwhi i a koe | What you'll get in return**
You will have the best tools and training at your disposal and a supportive team. We offer competitive packages ranging from $55,000 to $70,000 pa dependent on experience. There is also performance related bonus which has potential up to $11,050 pa. This is for full time employment based on a 40-hour work week, located in our Takapuna office where there is an inclusive environment and diversity is celebrated.
