This award-winning company carries out a wide range of contracting work across Otago, Canterbury and Southland, with depots in Cromwell, Alexandra, Twizel, Tekapo, Fairlie, along with head office in Oamaru. They hold various maintenance contracts for Roading, Water and Wastewater as well as being a strong performer in the Civil/Construction, Surfacing, Landscaping and Vegetation control sectors.
- **The Role**

We're on the hunt for a Site Supervisor to work hard, demonstrate leadership and coordinate staff across minor and larger projects. - Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrate proficiency with operating all types of civil machinery,
- Ability to price work and communicate with clients on projects,
- Ideally hold a Class 4 licence and W, T and R endorsements (Can be provided under a training agreement),
- Showcase ability to lead productively without direct supervision,
- Has a strong focus on quality, health & safety and the environment.
