Lending Operations is a rewarding team to work for where you will play an integral role in making our customers home loan dreams come true

As a Lending Operations Representative you will:

- Process maintenance requests for existing home loans.
- Organise documentation for lump sum payments, payment frequency changes, non-credit restructures and refixing of home loans.
- Repay and close home loans.
- Complete peer review checks as well as quality assurance of all documentation.

- Prior experience in financial services, or banking within a branch, contact centre or operational role is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail with a great level of accuracy
- Process driven with the ability to perform well under pressure in a face paced role.
- Tech savvy, with the ability to learn and use different systems.
- Enthusiastic team player who enjoys problem solving.
