The main focus of this role is providing superior service to our Kiwibank home loan customers and our key stakeholders throughout the home loan securities process.

You will engage in a broad range of home loan activities such as:

- Actioning property sale requests providing repayment statements and discharge letters.
- Assessing home loan security requirements.
- Calculating home loan repayments.
- Managing quality assurance to mitigate risk.
- Providing our Kiwibank home loan customers and solicitors with outstanding customer care.

This role will equip you with the comprehensive knowledge for a career in lending or home loans.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:

- Previous experience in customer onboarding, home lending or unsecured lending is beneficial.
- Strong numerical capability.
- Proven engagement with stakeholders over the phone and producing written communications.
- Attention to detail while juggling multiple priorities.
