**About the Role**:
This role is part of a newly formed team of Enterprise Operations, Enablement, Performance and Capability specialists. The purpose of this role is to deliver a world-class sales enablement programme with content, training, and tools that support the delivery of revenue objectives.

**Day to day you will**:

- Develop and implement sales enablement programmes and initiatives to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
- Equip sales leaders with information, insights, and tools needed to drive pipeline conversion to revenue.
- Provide technical support, training and systems delivery for sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce and Altify).
- Assist sales teams to link qualified opportunities to appropriate pre-sales support, solution development and bid support.
- Coordinate with B2B insights team, to ensure scale adoption across sales teams of whitespace analysis for customer pipeline development (both existing and new logos).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Product, Marketing, B2B Insight) to ensure sales teams have the most up-to-date and relevant information about our products and solutions.
- Monitor and report on sales enablement metrics, including sales productivity, and deal win rates.

**What experience you'll bring**:

- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, Sales Force tooling and reports.
- Experience in use of Power BI report building, Seisemic, Altify preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organistional and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence others to drive results.
- Previous experience working within a digital services business.

**Location**:

- Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch preferred. Other locations may be considered, however monthly travel would be required.
